What size frame do I need for my photo?
Frame sizes are listed by the photo size they display (e.g., a 5×7 frame fits a 5×7 photo). If a frame includes a mat, we list the photo size the mat opening supports and we also list the overall frame size. Most frames (except float styles) overlap the edges of the photo slightly to hold it in place.
Is the lens/glazing glass or acrylic?
It varies by style and size. See the Specifications on each item page for glazing details.
Do frames include hanging hardware or easel backs?
Most tabletop sizes include an easel back; wall sizes include hanging hardware (orientation varies by style).
Can you personalize my frame?
Many frames can be personalized. Look for Personalize This Item on eligible products.
Do you price-match or quote for larger frame orders?

Yes — always. For galleries, offices, design studios, hospitality projects, and production runs, we’re happy to quote special pricing. On eligible item pages and in your cart you’ll see a Request a Quote link. Use that link so we receive the exact item number, finish, and quantities you are considering.

What if I don’t see the size, profile, or item I’m searching for?

Our assortment is deep, and not every moulding or size is always visible online. If you’re trying to locate a specific frame, mat configuration, or something you’ve seen elsewhere, use our quick “Help me find this item” form and tell us what you’re looking for.

Include details such as brand name, moulding style, size, color, glass type, or where you saw it. If you have a photo or screenshot, attach it when replying to our confirmation email — it helps us identify the piece faster.

When your request turns into an order, we’ll tuck a small thank-you upgrade or reward into your shipment for helping us not miss business.
