This Hollywood inspired frame has been carefully produced by Blankety Blank Designs™ in Santa Monica, CA. It is part of our continued series 'Celebrate America'.

No two designs are exactly alike and each picture frame is signed by the artist, Stephanie Blank.

These very collectible picture frames are made with rare and out of print papers gathered from around the world. Papers are hand-cut to optimize the adorable prints and then permanently applied to quality hardwood frames in an archival decoupage process.
