Product Details

As sweet and lovely as it gets.

Keep your sugar stored in style with the Bernadotte sugar bowl, a timeless piece of Scandinavian design that will light up any table.

Inspired by riffled lines from the Functionalist period, the first Bernadotte pieces were originally launched in 1931 and designed by Swedish Prince Sigvard Bernadotte. He was heavily influenced by the functionalist movement, and his sleek, no-fuss aesthetics helped modernize the silver industry. Sigvard Bernadotte became one of the most popular collaborators in the history of Georg Jensen, and his namesake collection is one of the most successful.

The Bernadotte sugar bowl is inspired by the original designs of Sigvard Bernadotte, and it is sold including a spoon. All parts are made from stainless steel.

Sigvard Bernadotte was a designer for Georg Jenson (1907b - 2002d) .  His elegant and sophisticated designs helped modernize the world of silver craft.  The fact that the pieces still resonate with today's generations is a testament to his skill and vision. The very first Bernadotte pieces were released in 1931.  He was deeply influenced by the functionalist movement, and his sleek and sparingly-decorated style modernised the world of silver.

SendAFrame proudly carries the complete Georg Jensen® silver picture frame collection, and related design gifts like this special BERNADOTTE COLLECTION piece.
