This mat will beautifully display an 8"x10" (landscape) print or photo along with a 3"x1" title cut-out below. (Print an elegant title in the font of your choice on your personal computer!)

There is a 1" border around the cuts and 1" spacing between the cuts.

Overall the mat measures 12"x12"

Note: Opening measurements will be reduced by ¼" for the professional, single beveled inner edge - cut at a 45° angle.
